What gets uploaded?

Work-chat sync uploads supported local Claude and Codex conversation text automatically. ChatGPT exports upload only your selection. Images, files, tools, and hidden reasoning are excluded; recognizable credentials are removed.

How your context stays connected

Work-chat sync uploads supported local Codex and Claude transcripts, plus conversations cached by Conductor on your Mac. Each computer needs a connected plugin. Chats that exist only on ChatGPT or Claude websites are not included automatically. They need to be awake for new uploads; synced context stays available in the cloud.

Ask that same chat to report its configured server origin. If it differs or cannot be verified, keep the existing profile and report the mismatch here. A matching account email alone does not confirm this connection.
